Opera I 2025

Mix of Müller-Thurgau(40%), Moravian Muscat (60%).

Traditional method sparkling white wine. Direct press. Primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks with completed malolactic fermentation. Contains 25% reserve wines.

Brut nature. Zero dosage.

Opera I is made with 2 grape varieties: Müller-Thurgau & Moravian Muscat, using the classic Champagne method with the second fermentations in the bottle and  zero dosage. The result is outstanding, a Champagne-like sparkling, with elegance and complexity, with notes of green apple, lime and clementine and that bread-y finish which is typical in Champagne.
