Zore 2024

Cuvée Blaufränkisch, André and Alibernet.

Whole bunch fermentation at outside temperature for 8 days in 500 – 750l vats. Destemmed and pressed, fermented in 225l and 500l neutral oak barrels. The wine was ageing on the lees in barrels

The Zore is a red wine that in terms of style it can remind of a Beaujolais: fruity, juicy and super fun to drink. Lots of red berries like cherry, raspberry and strawberry. Gentle tannins and acidity, it's highly drinkable despite the 14% of alcohol.
