When this vintage is gone, it's actually gone—no restock magic, no warehouse stash waiting in the wings. We rarely get the same vintage back. And as you know with natural wines, the vintage changes, and often that means the wine does too.
So yes, this is FOMO. But it's honest FOMO. The kind where:
