Graupert di Meinklang è un orange wine prodotto da Grauburgunder (Pinot Grigio in austriaco). Il nome "Graupert" è un'antica espressione austriaca che si riferisce a una "persona trasandata". Le viti ricordano un po' questo aspetto, crescendo selvatiche senza potatura e senza alcun tipo di intervento. Il risultato nel 2022 è un vino rustico e complesso, che spazia da note fruttate a quelle erbacee, con aromi di pesca, cachi, tè verde, erbe e nespole.

More than Bio-dynamic!

Meinklang is a family run self-sustainable farm, like in the olden days used to be. Located in the very east of Austria, right on the border with Hungary, the farm consists in a codependence between people and animals working together for the prosperity of the land. Ancient grains, fruit trees, vegetables, herbs and flower share the land with the local indigenous grape varieties, contributing to a rich and fertile soil. Their biodynamic natural wines are both traditionaland experimental, some fruity and aromatic others light and refreshing, ready to please any palate out there.
